Return Window

At DryPupGear, we want you to feel comfortable shopping for blankets and home textiles. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with original packaging and any included accessories where applicable. For hygiene reasons, blankets that have been used, washed, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for return unless they arrived defective or damaged.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, contact our customer service team at info@drypupgear.us. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photographs and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions when applicable. Please do not send items back before receiving return authorization.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear after processing.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless required by law or the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@drypupgear.us. Please provide your order number and supporting photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. In some cases, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipment.
